We promise better picture clarity and audio next time (thank you for baring with us while we work out the kinks). Despite the technical glitches, David shares 5 great tips for avoiding Recruiter Rut! Let us know what you think by commenting on this blog post and feel free to suggest new topics for us to cover. Want more Just in Time Education? Thank you Rebecca and David. Loved the first webisode! We are currently in David's public webinar series and learning all about the perfect day, the perfect week and eating frogs. It's not only a great program full of useful information, tools and tips, it's fun, too! One comment I have to the webisode is along with all the reasons to avoid the recruiter rut such as productivity, delighting customers, etc., another of my goals is improving the work life (satisfaction) of my group. I want them to be delighted, too!

That is a great point, Tessa! It's so important to make these things fun, get everyone on board with it - that's how it will be successful. Thanks for commeting on our blog; stay tuned for the next webisode!
