With Thanksgiving upon us, I think it is important that we all slow down and take a moment to appreciate the things that really matter in our lives — family, people, and making real connections. One of my favorite things about Thanksgiving is gathering together over a meal and just enjoying conversation, without our cell phones and other distractions.
One of the reasons I was drawn to HealthcareSource is my strong belief in the connection between the care and service we provide to our clients and its direct impact on the quality of care given to patients and residents. The people you choose to bring into your organization profoundly affect the people you care for. I see this every day here at HealthcareSource. Our employees genuinely care about our clients and want to provide the best healthcare talent management solutions we can, so in turn, our clients can source, attract, keep, and grow the best people.
As I think about the conversations my family will have around the Thanksgiving table, I want HealthcareSource and our clients to have similar experiences, sharing stories and challenges. We want to know more about your organization and how we can partner with you to solve problems and help you reach your goals.
While Thanksgiving may be on the early side to talk about New Year’s resolutions, I have some resolutions from HealthcareSource that I would like to share with you:
- I resolve that you will be hearing more from HealthcareSource. Whether virtually or in-person, our teams are looking forward to connecting with you to understand your needs so we can incorporate them into our solutions.
- We are creating a Customer Advisory Board that reflects all of our clients across the continuum of care, incorporating different size organizations and different satisfaction levels so we can be sure to invest in our solutions in truly meaningful ways.
- I am listening, whether through these formal modes of communication or otherwise, know that I am here for you.
I know that talent management in healthcare will only face more challenges, and we are committed to helping you through them with software and advisory solutions that work together to meet your needs. And I am thankful to be your trusted partner.
Wherever this Thanksgiving takes you or what traditions you enjoy, remember the most important thing about Thanksgiving is being together to talk, listen, and make connections. I hope you and your family create great memories together over the long holiday weekend, and I look forward to connecting with you.
Happy Thanksgiving!
